We absolutely loved the hotel. The staff was very very very helpful and friendly. The property and the pool are beautiful. I only have 2 suggestions though. Maybe a mirror by the front entrance. It is hard to see cars coming when you are trying to get out. The other suggestion is for the nights you have parties on the property. I personally didn't have a problem with the large huge music that played all night until 2 am. But I can see others being upset with how loud and how late the loud music played especially if they were maybe having to wake up at 5 am to catch a flight or something. I think maybe in the future you let your guests know about the loud music party and hand out ear plugs. But one again I want to say that the staff was so amazing and helpful, especially the 2 men that were at the front desk. Also a special thanks to the restaurant staff. My mother is vegan and sometimes this is a challenge while traveling. Even though they did not have vegan options on the menu, the chef went out of his way to prepare several vegan dishes for her. They were wonderful and we appreciate this so much. Thank you all for everything tha you do

Very convenient for the airport. Efficiently run

This property is beautiful and peaceful. You definitely need a car to access it as it not a walkable area. With a rental car it’s great. The food was good, pool was cool but nice (pretty deep, so maybe hard with little kids). Gym was tiny (just for one person at a time) but well stocked. Overall I recommend for a peaceful, quiet getaway.

Overall, this is an average 4-star hotel that offers all the essential amenities. However, a few aspects could be improved to enhance the guest experience. One inconvenience is the absence of a hotel bar or lounge service outside of breakfast hours, which makes it hard to enjoy a coffee or a drink on-site during the day or evening. The bathroom is in urgent need of renovation, with visible mold stains near the sink and around certain areas. The shower is poorly sealed, causing significant water leakage—enough that it can reach outside the bathroom and even the room. Breakfast is generally satisfactory, with a nice selection of pastries, croissants, and cakes for those who enjoy a traditional Italian breakfast. We love the hotel so much! Room was a spacious loft. Fantastic service
